Thelma S. Cohen has been with the firm since the 1970s and has practiced law since 1975.  She works with clients who need representation in matters of social security disability and workers' compensation.  Ms. Cohen is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, the U.S. District Court Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Supreme Court.    

Ms. Cohen has also lectured to the California Applicant Attorneys Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives in matters of Social Security disability and workers' compensation.  She has served as Chair to the Los Angeles County Bar Social Security Section and as Board Member of the Pasadena Lawyer Referral Service.  

Ms. Cohen obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  She also attended the University of California at Berkeley, where she earned and A.B. in History.
